摘要
调查高校图书馆开展FAQ咨询服务的现状,分析FAQ服务的优点和目前服务的不足之处,指出要解决目前FAQ服务的不足,就必须用符合时代发展的web2.0技术来改造或升级原有的FAQ系统。介绍了开源FAQ系统phpMyFAQ的功能和特点,指出利用这个系统可以快捷有效地建设FAQ系统。以南京大学图书馆的FAQ问答系统为例说明了实践过程和应用效果。
This paper surveys the current situation of FAQ consulting services in university libraries, analyses the advantages and the shortcomings of the FAQ service, points out we must use the web2.0 technologies to remould or upgrade the existing FAQ system. This paper introduces the functions and features of the open source software phpMyFAQ FAQ system and points out this system can quickly and efficiently build FAQ system. By taking the FAQ system of Nanjing University library as an example, illustrates its application process and its practice effect.
