摘要
通过把冲压板料由矩形料片改为锯齿料片,可提高板料利用率3%左右,按价格10万元/车计算,每台车可降低成本745元左右,经济效益显著。
Reduction of costs is now one of the key issues in automotive production. In our study, we found that when stamped sheet metal changes from rectangular shape to zigzag, the utilization rate of material piece can increase by 3%. A car pricing ￥ 100, 000 can reduce costs by around ￥745.00.
