摘要
高强度钢板成形时,回弹是需重点控制的缺陷之一,控制回弹首先要对回弹量进行准确预测。采用有限元分析软件DANAFORM对汽车前保险杠加强板成形过程进行数值模拟仿真,并对模拟结果进行分析,根据模拟结果对模具型面进行了调整,将最终结果应用于模具制造,生产出了合格产品。
Springback phenomenon is a main problem in high strength steel sheet forming process. Well control of springback needs an accurate prediction of springback amount. FEM software Dynaforrn was applied to simulate the springback in the forming process of an automobile front bumper reinforcing plate and the simulation result was analyzed.
