摘要
介绍了各种快速成形技术的工艺原理,详细分析了快速成形技术在铸造模(如木模、蜡模、消失模、覆膜砂型(芯)、陶瓷型壳、铸造金属模等)制造过程中的具体应用,讨论了快速成形技术的发展方向。
The technical principle of various rapid prototyping techniques was presented. Some specific applications of the technique in the manufacturing process of casting dies were investigated in terms of wood pattern, wax pattern, lost foam casting die, resin-coated sand mold （core）, ceramic shell mould and casting metal die. Finally a further direction of RP was discussed.
