摘要 六西格玛是一种质量改进的方法。本文介绍了六西格玛的统计意义、六西格玛管理的内涵及特点。运用DMAIC方法,结合纯碱工艺存在的问题进行分析、初步实践,达到质量标准的要求,提升了企业质量管理的水平。 Six Sigma is a quality improvement approach.This article describes the Six Sigma statistical significance,meaning and characteristics of Six Sigma.Using DMAIC approach,combined with soda ash process to analyze the problems,the initial practice,to meet quality standards,enhance the level of quality management.
