In THREE-IN-ONE project,the most economical,stable and convenient solution is to built a network of ＂one country and one town＂ with 1550 nm trunk line,and,at the same time,adopts brand new optical interlay insertion technology to solve some problems about self-directing programs and interactive data existed in the TV station of some countries and towns.
