胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的临床疗效分析

目的探讨电视胸腔镜(VATS)治疗自发性气胸的方法与疗效。方法选取我院2006年8月～2010年1月68例选择胸腔镜手术治疗的自发性气胸患者,与同期72例行常规手术治疗的自发性气胸患者进行对比分析。结果两组患者均未出现死亡患者,胸腔镜组无中转开胸患者。胸腔镜治疗组在术中出血量、胸管放置时间、住院时间、并发症和复发率方面优于传统手术治疗组(P<0.05),手术时间上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 VATS治疗自发性气胸疗效确切,创伤小,痛苦轻,恢复快,安全性高,可取代自发性气胸的开胸手术治疗。

Objective To evaluate the video-assisted thoracoscopic（VATS） approach and the efficacy of treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods A hospital in August 2006～2010 years in January of 68 cases selected for treatment of thoracic surgery in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax,with the same period 72 patients underwent conventional surgical treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax patients were analyzed.Results There were no deaths in the two groups,no conversion to thoracotomy VATS group of patients.Thoracoscopic treatment group in blood loss,chest tube placement,hospitalization time,complications and recurrence rate were better than traditional treatment group（P0.05）,operative time was no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion VATS treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax is effective,less invasive,less pain,quick recovery,safe,alternative to surgical treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax in thoracotomy.
