自体髂后上棘骨移植在全髋关节置换术后髋臼松动翻修术中的应用

Application of bone graft of autologous posterior superior iliac spine to the revision total hip arthroplasty of Acetabular loosening after total hip replacement.

目的探讨自体髂后上棘骨移植用于全髋关节置换术后髋臼松动翻修术的临床应用。方法采集2006年6月～2009年1月入我院的全髋关节置换术后髋臼松动的患者11例,所有患者术中均取自体髂后上棘骨进行骨移植术。结果术后Harris评分平均91分;1例出现植骨块轻度吸收,但无临床症状;1例出现脑栓塞,转内科治疗;1例在术第5天出现下肢深静脉血栓,即时予溶栓治疗后病情好转。结论自体髂后上棘骨移植用于全髋关节置换术后髋臼松动翻修术,是一种很好的骨移植物的选择和植入方法,值得在髋关节外科推广和应用。

Objective To Investigate the clinical application of applying bone graft of autologous posterior superior iliac spine to the revision total hip arthroplasty（RTHA） of Acetabular loosening after total hip replacement（THR）.Methods Data has been collected from 11 Patients who had Acetabular loosening after total hip replacement from my hospital from July 2006 to January 2009.They all have had bone graft of autologous posterior superior ilial spine.Results the average Harries is 91;including one patient who had bone graft slightly resorption,but without any Clinical symptoms;one had cerebral embolism and has been transferred to internal medicine;one had deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities 5 days after operations and recovered after receiving thrombolytic therapy in time.Conclusion Applying bone graft of autologous posterior superior iliac spine to the revision total hip arthroplasty（RTHA） of Acetabular loosening after total hip replacement（THR） is a suitable choice for the bond graft and a useful method for implants.It is worth extending and applying this method in hip joint surgery.
