非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术40例临床观察

The clinical observation of 40 cases of nasal endscopic surgery in the treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis.

目的探讨鼻内镜手术在非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析40例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者采用鼻内镜手术的临床资料。结果全部患者术后病理检查证实为非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎(真菌球),均获治愈,治愈率达到100%,术后无并发症,随访>1年,未见复发。结论鼻内镜手术对于非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的治疗是适合的。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of nasal endscopic surgery in the treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis.Methods Medical recordings of 40 cases of nasal endscopic surgery in the treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis were retrospectivety analyzed.Results All the patients were diagnosed as noninvasive fungal sinusitis（fungus ball）,them were all cured,and the curative rate was 100%,there were no postoperative complications,none of them recurred above 1 year postoperatively.Conclusion This technique of nasal endscopic surgery in the treatment of noninvasive fungal sinusitis is a appropriate method.
