Salter髂骨截骨联合股骨粗隆下截骨术治疗学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of salter osteotomy and subtrochanteric rotary osteotomy for the treatment of CDH in preschool children.

目的探讨Salter髂骨截骨联合股骨粗隆下截骨术治疗学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位的疗效。方法采用Salter髂骨截骨联合股骨粗隆下截骨术,治疗47例55髋年龄在3～7周岁的先天性髋关节脱位患儿。结果所有患儿均取得12～38个月的随访,平均26个月,优良率达89%。结论 Salter髂骨截骨联合股骨粗隆下截骨术治疗学龄前儿童先天性髋关节脱位效果良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of Salter osteotomy and Subtrochanteric rotary osteotomy for the treatment of congenital hip dislocation in preschool children.Methods 55 hip joint in 47 preschool children with congenital hip joint dislocation（age range 3～7 years） were treated by Salter osteotomy and Subtrochanteric rotary osteotomy.Results All cases were followed up 12～38 months,average 26 months.The excellent-good rate reached 89%.Conclusion Salter osteotomy and Subtrochanteric rotary osteotomy is effective in treating congenital hip joint dislocation in preschool children.
