摘要
目的探讨小骨窗开颅治疗高血压性基底节区出血的临床效果。方法 31例高血压基底节区出血采用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术,对患者资料和治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果 31例患者平均血肿清除率92%,术后再出血9.68%(3/31)。病死率6.45%(2/31)。术后6个月GOS评分5分7例(22.6%),4分15例(48.4%),3分6例(19.4%),2分3例(9.7%)。结论小骨窗开颅术能够有效的清除血肿,改善预后,是治疗高血压性脑出血很好的手术选择。
Objective To discuss the role of small bone window in the evacuation of hypertentive basal ganglial hemotoma.Methods A series of 31 basal ganglial hematomas were evacuated by small bone window cranioectomy.Clinical dates and results were retrospectively analysed.Results The extent of hematoma evacuation was 92%.Rebleeding was 9.68%（3/31）.Mortality was 6.45%（2/31）.6 months follow up reveals Glasgow outcome scale 5 in 7 patients（22.6%）,4 in 15 patients（48.4%）,3 in 6 patients（19.4%）,2 in 3 patients（9.7%）.Conclusion Small bone window cranioectomy helps to hematoma evacuation and improve prognosis,so is an optimation for basal ganglial hemorrhage.
