亚低温治疗在重型颅脑损伤中的应用与护理

The value of medical and nursing care that sub-hypothermia treatment does on severe craniocerebral injury.

目的探讨亚低温治疗在重型颅脑损伤中的应用价值和护理要点。方法将53例颅脑损伤患者分为亚低温治疗组30例和常规治疗组23例,按照亚低温治疗方法将治疗组患者肛温控制在(34±1)℃,维持3～6d;其他治疗同常规组。结果与常规治疗组相比,亚低温治疗组患者伤后生命体征稳定,病死率下降,预后明显改善。结论亚低温治疗结合正确合理的护理措施可减少重型颅脑损伤患者的并发症,降低病死率,改善预后,提高生存质量。

Objective To research the value of medical and nursing care that sub-hypothermia treatment does on severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 53 craniocerebral injuried patients were devided into two groups：The first group（30 cases）were treated by both sub-hypothermic and conventional treatment,who＇s temperature was controlled at（34±1）℃ or so and maintained 3～6 days.The second group（23 cases）were treated by conventional treatment only.Results Compare to conventional therapy,conditions of patients under sub-hypothemal therapy group were more stable,mortality rate was lower,and prognosis was also improved.Conclusion Combined treatment of conventional treatment and sub-hypothemal treatment can reduce complications which happens to severe craniocerebral injury,it can also decrease the death rate,improve the prognosis,and improve the quality of life.
