摘要
通过对现有压力容器泄漏源模型的研究,对模型的应用计算进行了合理简化,并结合实例分析可知,泄漏过程中容器内气体压力、温度及剩余质量随着泄漏时间的增加呈现出非线性的递减趋势;在临界泄漏结束时容器内剩余气体质量所占比例甚小,从而提出采用临界泄漏阶段的平均泄漏率来近似代替整个泄漏阶段的总平均泄漏率,不仅简化了计算过程,而且也可使计算结果用于风险后果定量分析时保守性较好。
Through the study on the leakage source model of pressure vessel,the rationally simplified calculation method is provided.According to the example analysis,it is concluded that,with the increment of leakage time,the pressure,temperature and remained mass of gas in the vessel decrease non-linearly.At the end of the critical leakage process,the mass of gas remained in the vessel is little.Accordingly,using the average leakage rate in the critical leakage process to substitute approximately for the general average leakage rate in the overall process is reasonable.It not only simplifies the calculations but also the calculation results are more conservative as using them to the quantitative risk analysis of vessel failure.
