摘要
大型LNG储罐的内罐采用9%Ni钢焊接而成,9%Ni钢的焊接是安装技术领域的难题。文章介绍了9%Ni钢的化学成分、机械和工艺性能,分析论述了9%Ni钢的焊接工艺和内罐的焊接安装方法,总结了广东LNG储罐和福建LNG储罐的焊接施工经验。
The internal tank of a large scale LNG storage tank is made of 9% nickel steel by welding,and the steel welding is a very difficult problem in installation technology.This paper introduces the chemical composition,mechanical property and process performance of 9% nickel steel,discusses its welding process as well as the welding and installation methods of the internal tank,and summarizes the construction experience of LNG tanks in Guangdong and Fujian projects.
