轧辊堆焊的现状和发展趋势

Present status and development trend of roll surfacing technology

轧辊堆焊具有成本低、效果好等优点而被国内外广泛采用,研发优质、高效、低耗、灵活、清洁的先进堆焊技术,是我国轧辊堆焊的必然趋势。从轧辊堆焊的设备、材料和工艺三个方面分析了我国轧辊堆焊的现状,指出我国现有的堆焊设备中改装设备多专用设备少,自动化程度较低,有待进一步提高设备的自动化和智能化水平;堆焊用焊接材料存在系列化程度低、品种少、严重依赖进口等问题,开发具有自主知识产权的焊材是发展方向;堆焊工艺方面,应发展堆焊工艺专家系统,以提高堆焊工艺水平,缩短工艺试验时间。

The roll surfacing is widely applied both at home and abroad for its low cost and good effect.So it is a kind of inexorabletrend to research and develop more advanced technology with cost-effective,flexible and clean.The current domestic situation of roll surfacing is discussed in this paper from aspects of equipment,welding consumables and technology.There are relatively more modified equipments and few special ones,low automation and intelligent level,all of which need further improvement and enhancement.As for the welding consumables,there are existing problems such as few varieties of welding consumables and great dependency on imported materials,so self-developed welding consumables should be emphasized in the future.To optimize the technology of surfacing and reduce experiment time,it is better to develop experts system of surfacing technology.
