摘要 针对现有YJ-720TB-ZS型小型数控气压焊机锥阀式调压换向控制装置存在调节精度、控制柔性、可靠性等尚需改进提高的问题,采用三菱PLC及A/D、D/A,控制电液比例阀,替代原焊机的锥阀式调压换向控制装置,提高焊机压力调节精度、控制柔性、系统可靠性。结果表明,新型的电液伺服系统的控制柔性和可靠性良好,焊接质量优良,能够满足高效化钢轨气压焊接新工艺要求。 This article aims at the question,which the adjustment precision,the control flexibility,reliable and so on must be improved in cone-valve control system of the existing YJ-720TB-ZS small CNC pressure welding machine.This paper uses Mitsubishi PLC A/D,D/A,and the electro-hydraulic proportional valve to substitute the original welding machine's cone-valve control system,further increases of the welding machine pressure control precision,the control flexibility and the system reliability.The result shows that the control flexibility and the reliability are good,and the welding quality is fine.The new electro-hydraulic control system can satisfy new technological requirement in the highly effective rail pressure gas welding.
