Automatic veritical down welding technology for X80 pipeline steel

分析了X80管线钢化学成分、力学性能、焊接性能和全位置自动焊工艺特点。通过合理选择焊接方法、设备、焊接材料和焊接接头,制定了规格φ1 219 mm×22 mm的X80管线钢的焊接工艺参数,以控制焊接热输入,确保接头的性能。此工艺成功地应用于西气东输二线工程,焊接质量优良,效果良好。

The weldability research and positional welding technology feature are analysed in this paper though the introduction on chemical composition and mechanical properties of X80 pipeline steel.Experiments were conducted on X80 pipeline steel with different welding materials.Welded joints were also designed.Welding procedure of φ 1 219 mm×22 mm X80 has drawn up to control heat input.It has been successfully used in factory and has got good welding quality.
