摘要
运用文献资料法、录像观察法、对比分析法对散打比赛中运动员的常见心理与技战术进行了论述,提出了在面对不同对手时的应变战术及自我适应方法。结果表明:在平时训练中,教练员应强化运动员临场应变战术及自我适应方法的训练,使运动员在比赛中能根据不同的对手有意识、有目的地以己之长,攻彼之短,避实击虚,抢点得分。
By use of literature,video observation,comparative analysis,the paper discussed athletes of the common psychological and tactics,proposed a different opponent in the face of contingency tactics and self-adaptation.The results showed that:in peacetime training,coaches should strengthen the players' response tactics and self-adaptation consciously and purposefully.
