摘要
采用原子吸收光谱法对常见几种萝卜中镁的含量进行了测定。萝卜经硝酸和高氯酸处理后,用原子吸收光谱法测定。该方法简单、快速,结果令人满意。
Determination of magnesium content of several turnips by atomic absorption spectrometry.The turnips were treated by Nitric acid and perchloric acid first.And then it was determinated by atomic absorption spectrometry.The method is easy,rapid and the result is satisfactory.
