摘要
针对常用数据采集板卡的不足,提出了一种基于USB 2.0的数据采集系统的实现方法。在分析Cypress FX2系列芯片CY7C68013主要性能的基础上,给出了具体硬件设计方案,重点介绍了基于GPIF Master的控制方式及其实现数据采集的软件设计方法。该系统可用于销盘式摩擦实验机中测量材料的摩擦系数。
For the weakness of commom data acquisition card,an implement method of data acquistion system on USB 2.0 is proposed,Hardware design plan is gived out,based on the analysis of the main performance of Cypress FX2 series CY7C68013 clip the point introduced the control way based on GPIF master and the software design approach of data acquisition.This system can be used to measure the frictional coefficient in the test machinery of the pin-disk model.
