摘要
为保护生态环境、治理污染、节约资源、降低物耗能耗、转变粗放式的经济增长方式，国家加大淘汰落后产能企业力度，这是我国国民经济继续增长、转变经济发展方式、调整经济结构、提高经济增长质量和效益的重大举措。最近国家环保部公布挂牌督办案件，我国许多造纸企业列为淘汰落后产能企业名单，尤其是许多小草浆企业被列入其中。
Can chemical pulping of straw material solve the problem of environmental pollution? The new breakthrough technology of clean pulping for straw fiber material has achieved.There are two kinds of typical methods.One is to increase the pulp quality,decrease the discharge volume and concentration of 'Three Wastes',apply alkali recovery or comprehensive utilization in waste water treatment stage and strengthen the final stage treatment by improving the existing traditional processing and technical equipments;the other is to use new technolgy and processing without any added chemicals or with new environmental-friendly chemicals instead of traditional methods in order to put an end to the production of pollutions.
