目前受供求关系的制约,废纸质量波动非常大,给以全脱墨废纸浆为原料的现代化纸机生产操作带来严重干扰。降低或消除干扰,除注重技术装备的优化完善外,废纸原料的采购、分拣、搭配、分析等也是重要环节,应引起足够的重视。
The production and operation of the modernized paper machines with the furnish of 100% deinked pulp is suffering a serious interference caused by the quality fluct uation from waste paper materials which is restricted by supply-demand relation.In order to reduce or remove the interference,the purchase,sorting,arranging and analysis of waste paper raw materials are the key links in addition to the optimization and the improvement of technical equipment.
