摘要
对大冶球团厂两台竖炉(8 m2和10 m2)炉顶烟气温度为120℃、烟气总量120 050 Nm3·h-1的余热资源进行了利用研究,通过热管换热器换热后为职工澡堂提供热量,同时在确定了烟气余热利用方案后进行热平衡分析计算和经济、环境效益分析。计算结果表明:低温烟气余热可以产生的热水流量为6.93 kg·s-1,每小时为澡堂生产25 t 50℃的热水,经济效益大约为20万元?年-1;每天可节约的热能为2.52×107 kJ,折合标准煤860 kg,每年可节约成本15万元。
The waste heat of the top flue gas(T=120℃,the total gas flow rate V1=120 050 Nm3·h-1) discharged by Daye Pellet Manufactory was intended for supplying heat for employee bathhouse using heat-pipe heat exchangers.In this paper,a scheme for utilizing the flue-gas waste heat was established,and the heating calculation and an analysis of economic and environmental benefits were carried out.The results showed that:(1) hot water of 6.93 kg·s-1 can be produced by utilizing the low-temperature flue-gas waste heat and hot water of 25 tons.h-1 and 50℃ can actually be supplied for the bathhouse;(2) the economic benefit created will be 200 000 yuan every year.The energy saved will be 2.52×107 kJ·d-1(standard coal equivalent 860 kg·d-1) and the annual cost savings will be 150 000 yuan.
