自从独山子石化总厂千万吨炼油百万吨乙烯工程实施以来,工程施工现场临时用电成为一种常态,而施工现场临时用电的安全是关系工程实施进程的重要事项。根据独山子石化千万吨炼油百万吨乙烯工程施工现场临时用电存在的安全隐患及具体表现,结合现场实际工作提出具体预防触电伤亡等减少施工现场临时用电事故的对策和方法,对指导工程现场安全临时用电具体工作以及建立施工现场临时安全用电的操作规范和标准具有一定的指导价值和借鉴意义。

Ever since the construction of the power station for the 1 000×104 t？a-1 oil refining and 100×104 t？a-1 ethane project in Dushanzi Petrochemical Corporation is carried into practice,interim use of electricity has been of common occurrence on the construction site,and safety in electricity use is of great significance to the whole construction practice.This paper presented the security risks and mishaps resulting from interim use of electricity on the construction site of the petrochemical project.Countermeasures to reduce mishaps due to interim use of electricity,such as electric shock injuries,were suggested.The issues discussed are of importance to safety in interim use of electricity on construction sites and to set-up of working specifications and standards for interim use of electricity.
