618例慢性乙型重型肝炎不同治疗方法对预后的影响

Effect on prognosis with different treatment measurement for 618 cases of chronic severe Hepatitis B

目的:探讨抗病毒及中西医结合治疗对慢性乙型重型肝炎(简称慢重肝)患者预后的影响,为提高慢重肝患者治疗有效率提供循证依据。方法:回顾性分析国内北方地区5家医院618例慢重肝患者,分析抗病毒组与非抗病毒组,及各组中西医结合方法与单纯西药方法对疗效的影响。结果:抗病毒组患者治疗有效率为51.35%,非抗病毒组患者治疗有效率为34.16%,两者比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);抗病毒组采用中西医结合方法和单纯西药方法,有效率分别56%、36.62%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);非抗病毒组采用中西医结合方法和单纯西药方法,有效率分别为38.43%、23.35%,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗病毒治疗能有效改善慢重肝患者预后,抗病毒联合中西医结合治疗能进一步提高临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the treatment effect with the of antiviral treatment or combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,provide the basis for clinical practice of chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods：Surveyed retrospectively for 618 cases of chronic severe hepatitis B from five national hospitals.Observed the prognosis of the group with treatment of antiviral,western medicine（the contrast group）and combination of Chinese and western medicine（the treatment group）.Results：The effective rates in the non-antiviral group and antiviral group are 34.16% and 51.35%,there is obvious deviation in statistics with the comparison of two groups in the effective rate（P0.01）.On the group with treatment of antiviral,the general effective rates in the group with treatment of antiviral combination of Chinese and western medicine and western medicine are 56% and 36.62%,there is obvious deviation in statistics with the comparison of two groups in the general effective rate（P0.01）.On the group with treatment of non-antiviral,the general effective rates in the group with treatment of antiviral combination of Chinese and western medicine and western medicine are 38.43% and 23.35%,there is obvious deviation in statistics with the comparison of two groups in the general effective rate（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of antiviral or combination of Chinese and western medicine can increase the effective rate of the patient with chronic severe hepatitis B.
