葱白提取物对非酒精性脂肪性肝病大鼠血液流变学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察葱白提取物对非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)大鼠血脂以及血液流变学各项指标的影响,探讨葱白提取物治疗NAFLD的通阳作用机制。方法:制备NAFLD大鼠动物模型,随机分为葱白提取物高、中、低剂量组,易善复组和绞股蓝总甙组,另设正常组,共7组。观察治疗后各组大鼠肝组织形态、血脂(TC、TG、HDL、LDL)以及血液流变学(全血黏度高切、中切、低切、红细胞压积、血浆黏度)的差异。结果:①葱白提取物中剂量组大鼠血清LDL、TC、TG的值均较模型组降低(P<0.01),HDL值提高(P<0.05);②葱白提取物中剂量组大鼠全血黏度高切、中切、低切、红细胞压积、血浆黏度指标均低于模型组(P<0.01),存在着明显的血液流变学异常。结论:葱白提取物对NAFLD大鼠血液流变学的改善,证实"阳气不通"可能是贯穿于NAFLD发生、发展全过程的关键因素,为"通阳法"治疗NAFLD提供了科学依据。 Objective:To observed the effects of fistular onion stalk extract on liver function,blood lipid and hemorheological parameters in rats with NAFLD,and to explore the activating Yang mechanism of fistular onion stalk extract.Methods:The NAFLD rat models were randomly divided into normal group,fistular onion stalk extract high,medium and low groups,easily good recovery group and Gypenoside group.After treatment the effects of fistular onion stalk extract on liver morphology,blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL,LDL)and blood rheology(high shear whole blood viscosity,the shear,low shear,hematocrit,plasma viscosity)were observed.Results:①Fistular onion stalk extract in the medium dose group TC,TG,HDL values were decreased more than those of model group(P0.01 or P0.05),HDL values were increased(P0.05);②Fistular onion stalk extract medium dose of whole blood viscosity in high shear,the shear,low shear,hematocrit,plasma viscosity were lower than model group(P0.05),there was obvious abnormal hemorheology.Conclusion:Fistular onion stalk extract can improve hemorrheology of NAFLD,it confirmes that Yang unreasonable may be occurring throughout the NAFLD,as a key factor in the development of the whole process,and provides a scientific basis for activating Yang mechanism in treatment of NAFLD.
