摘要
高分辨率SAR实时成像的大数据量使得矩阵转置运算量激增,成为算法研究中的重要问题。本文结合DDR SDRAM的内部运行机制和读写时序,提出面向DDR SDRAM的最快列读取CTM(corner turning memory,矩阵转置)和读写均衡CTM算法,在无冗余存储器DDR SDRAM体系中获得满意的效果。
Calculation load of matrix transposition got increased significantly due to a large amount of data in realtime imaging of high resolution synthetic aperture radar (SAR). According to internal operating mechanism and read-and-write timing of double data rate synchronous dynamic random access memory ( DDR SDRAM) , a DDR SDRAM-orientated fastest column accessing corner turning memory (CTM) algorithm and read-and-write balanced CTM algorithm are proposed. Good result is obtained in a redundant-free DDR SDRAM system.
