摘要
本文对三坐标测量机上进行同轴度测量出现的误判现象进行了定量分析,分析了某产品横轴支架同轴度加工误差的成因,并提出了利用三坐标测量数据来消除横轴支架同轴度误差的解决方案。
Quantitative analysis of mis-judgment during coaxiality measurement with a three-coordinate measurement machine (CMM) is conducted, cause of eoaxiality processing error in a transverse axis support structure is analyzed, and solution to eliminate coaxiality error of the transverse axis support structure by using of three-coordinate measurement data is provided.
