摘要
在电子装备的可靠性评估过程中,通过各类试验所获得的原始可靠性数据对装备可靠性评估及可靠性设计具有重要的意义。介绍了可靠性试验数据的处理方法以及MATLAB和Visual C++混合编程的几种方法,并综合考虑其优缺点,然后采用其中一种方法来编程实现可靠性数据处理系统,进行可靠性数据整理分析,实现数据处理的自动化,缩短数据处理周期,并举例说明该方法的有效性和可用性。
During the reliability evaluation of electronic equipment,the original reliability data from various tests are important for the reliability estimation and reliability design of the equipment.In this paper,the processing of reliability test data and some methods for hybrid programming of MATLAB and Visual C++ are presented.Considering their advantages and shortcomings,one of the methods is adopted to implement the reliability test data system for automating the analysis and processing of reliability test data to shorten the data processing cycle.The validity and usability are demonstrated with an example.
