摘要
垃圾焚烧炉烟气经袋式过滤除尘后排放是降低烟气中有害物质二氧六环(DXN)排放量的有效方法,除尘装置多采用以耐高温纤维为原料的非织造布袋式滤材.本文介绍了国外使用的几种耐高温纤维及其性能,袋式滤材的加工方法以及滤材的表面结构对除尘效率的影响.为进一步提高除尘效果,国外正在研究开发反应型袋式除尘技术,加工袋式滤材用非织造布的针刺机亦有新的改进.
The flue gas from waste incinerators filtered out by filtration bags decreases harmful ele-ment DXN. The precipitator used high-temperature resistant fiber as nonwoven filtration bags. This article introduces the characteristics of a few types of high-temperature fibers, processing way of filtration bags and their surface structure which influence efficiency de-dusting. To improve the efficiency dedusting, the foreign countries are researching and de-veloping the technology on reaction filtration, the needle-punch loom for nonwoven filtra-tion bag is also improved.
