摘要
对于实际工程中常见的含孔结构,建立利用保角映射原理对含圆孔树脂基复合材料板的孔边应力进行准确分析的方法,采用所给出的方法可以得到孔边在板边外荷载作用下的应力分布,然后采用点应力破坏准则对板进行全面的强度校核。文中不仅对带有圆形孔的复合材料板,在拉应力作用情况下的孔边应力场进行了计算,而且对外荷载、孔口尺寸、某点距孔边的距离以及材料性质等因素对应力的影响进行了较为全面的仿真分析。
To the common structure with hole in practical engineering,the accurate analytical method to study hole-edge stress of resin matrix composite plate with hole was developed upon the conformal mapping theory. According to this method,the hole-edge stress distribution subject to the exterior load at the plate edge can be obtained. And the point stress failure criterion was used to carry out the complete strength check of the plate. The calculation results show that in this paper,besides hole-edge stress of the composite plate with round hole subject to tensile stress,the influence which exterior load,hole size,distance away from hole edge and material property were all analyzed.
