花球状氢氧化镁制备过程中的颗粒形成机理研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着阻燃剂相关应用领域的不断发展,普通型氢氧化镁阻燃剂已经无法满足工业生产需求。特殊形貌氢氧化镁添加到高分子材料中,除拥有阻燃效果外,还可以发挥普通型氢氧化镁所不具备的作用。本文介绍了一种以硫酸镁为原料制备花球状氢氧化镁阻燃剂的方法。使用SEM对产品形貌进行表征,研究了表面活性剂、硫酸镁浓度、搅拌速率等因素对所得产品形貌的影响;对以硫酸镁为原料制备氢氧化镁过程中颗粒形成机理进行推测和验证。 Along with the continuous development of magnesium particles flame retardant,the normal magnesium hydroxide particles could not satisfy the industrial requires again.Magnesium hydroxide of special morphologies can play multiple roles except for as a type of flame retardant after being added into polymers.The process of preparing magnesium hydroxide globular flower with magnesium sulfate was investigated,and characterization of the samples was carried out by SEM analysis.Effects of process parameters like additive amount of surfactant,magnesium sulfate concentration and stirring speed were studied for finding out their influences during magnesium hydroxide particle morphology formation.Some speculations and verifications of the particle formation mechanism were also carried out.
