摘要
综述了硒代蛋氨酸的主要化学合成方法:2-氨基-4-溴丁酸氢溴酸盐取代反应法,2-氨基-4-苄基硒代蛋氨酸取代反应法,三锅煮法,Na/L iqNH3法,丙烯醛法,丁酸内酯法及蛋氨酸法。其中重点介绍了各个方法的优缺点,并确定蛋氨酸法是实现工业化的首先方法。
The research of technics on synthesis of selenomethionine was reviewed,which including L-α-amino-γ-bromobutyric acid substitution,α-amino-γ-benzyl selenomethionine,Three-Pots,Sodium-Liq Ammonia,Acraldehyde,Butyric lactone and methionine.Focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of the synthesis methods,methionine method was regard as the prior industrial one.
