破布叶中绿原酸的提取及其含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用乙醇回流提取法,用不同浓度的乙醇和蒸馏水提取破布叶中的有效成分绿原酸,再用乙酸乙酯萃取提纯。利用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定不同浓度提取液中的绿原酸含量。结果显示:乙醇溶液更适合破布叶中绿原酸的提取,提取率随乙醇浓度的增加而上升。当乙醇浓度为70%时,提取效果最好,提出的绿原酸的纯度达80.92%。 With ethanol extraction method,adopting different concentrations of ethanol and distilled water,the active ingredient was abstract,of which was chlorogenic acid in the Microcos paniculata Linn,and then using ethyl acetate,the products were purified.Using UV spectrophotometer and HPLC,the content of above extractions was determined.The results showed that ethanol solution was more suitable for the extraction of chlorogenic acid from Microcos paniculata Linn.In a certain interval,with the concentration of ethanol increased,the extraction of indicators was increased.When the concentration of ethanol reached 70%,the extraction of products can reach as high as 80.92% purity.
