摘要
强磁场实验装置是国家发改委批准的国家"十一五"重大科技基础建设项目之一,是一项国家大科学工程,具有国际先进水平,可为众多学科领域的科学研究提供强磁场极端实验环境和实验手段的大型综合科学实验装置。中国科学院强磁场中心将与美国、法国、荷兰、日本并列成为世界五大稳态强磁场科学中心之一。超纯水冷却系统作为强磁场实验室的电源、水冷、低温、控制系统等四大技术装备系统重要组成部分,主要为40T(特斯拉)级稳态强磁场实验装置的水冷磁体和20MW(兆瓦)高功率高稳定度电源提供去离子水冷却系统。此外,为保证水质(电阻率)稳定性还专门设置了循环提纯系统。本项目中去离子水冷却系统充分体现了环保和节能的设计思路,其中包括反渗透系统(RO)浓缩水回收利用、NaOH自动精确投加,以及无酸碱废液排放的电再生去离子装置(CEDI)等。
High magnetic field laboratory was one of major technical infrastructure projects approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in "Eleventh Five-Year".It was a Large Scale Scientific Facility with international advanced level and it can service for many disciplines to provide extreme high magnetic fields environment of scientific research and experiment.High Magnetic Field Laboratory of Chinese Academy of Sciences would be tied into one of the world's top five science centers in steady high magnetic field with United States,France,Netherlands,and Japan.Ultra-pure water as water cooling system was the very important part of four technical equipment systems such as Power,CWS,Cryogenics technology and Central control system.It supplied cooled demineralization water to the Water-cooled Magnet and the 20MW high stability power of the 40 Tesla steady high magnetic fields.In addition,it needed to be set up purification system to keep resistively stability in recycle system.Cooled demineralization water system in this project,reflected the design idea fully for environmental protection and energy saving,including the recycle of RO concentration water,NaOH dosing automatically and accurately,CEDI unit without acid and alkaline waste water,and so on.
