应用化学专业实验教学中培养创新人才的思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of Students' Creative Ability in the Teaching of Applied Chemistry Experiment

应用化学专业实验是一门具有前瞻性教学内容并处于不断变化中的新课程,是培养地方本科院校创新型人才和研究型教师的理想平台。应用化学专业实验教学的实施呼唤研究型教师,并通过教学内容和教学模式的改革与创新培养出创新性人才。本文根据应用化学专业实验教学的特点,从实验的教学内容、教学模式等方面就如何培养创新性人才和研究型教师进行了探讨,并认为全面更新应用化学专业实验教学内容,大力推行研究性教学是培养创新性人才和研究型教师的必由之路。

As a constantly changing and new curriculum,which varied its content,applied chemistry experiment,was a platform for cultivation of students＇ creative ability and research oriented teachers.The teaching of applied chemistry experiment needed research oriented teachers to cultivation of students＇ creative ability,through the reform and practice of curriculum system and teaching methods.The current statue and existing problem in the teaching process of applied chemistry experiment in local undergraduate universities were described.Through the reform and practice the course in the university,some advises about how to cultivation of students＇ creative ability and research oriented teachers in local undergraduate universities were proposed.
