Reform and Exploration of the Personnel Training Program of Chemical Engineering Major

制定高质量的符合新世纪人才培养目标的培养方案是进行学科建设、专业建设、课程建设的重要举措,是落实学校办学定位和办学特色的具体表现。本文对师范院校化工专业人才培养方案的改革与修订进行了有益的探索,对专业课程体系建设提出了框架性思路,并对培养模式进行了探讨。

The formulation of high-quality training programs in line with the objectives of personnel training of the new century was an important measure in the discipline construction,the specialized construction,the curriculum construction,and also embodied the awareness of the position and specialty of a university.The reform and revision of the personnel training program of chemical engineering major in a normal university were made useful explorations and a framework idea of professional course system was put forward,and training modes were discussed.
