摘要
对人棉布砂洗的起绒风格测试表征和影响因素进行了研究,认为用压缩织物厚度表征的起绒系数和起绒密立系数,可以简捷、直观地反映出人棉布砂洗后的起绒外观。影响人棉布砂洗起绒效果的主要因素是膨化剂、柔软剂和打冷风处理;采用氢氧化钾、尿素和甲酰胺等组成的膨化剂以及微乳液氨基硅酮柔软剂,对人棉布的砂洗起绒效果有较明显的影响。
The fabric thickness after pressing was used to characterise the raising effect of rayon fabrics using sanding technique. The factors that will influence the raising effect are mainly the swelling agent,softener and cooling.The swelling agent composed of potassium hydroxide(KOH),urea and formamide, and the aminosilicone microemulsion as the softener are determined.
