摘要
对永磁同步电机发生退磁故障的有效诊断,一直是业界关注的主要问题之一。在AN-SOFT公司MAXWELL2D软件环境下,通过设置不同的永磁体矫顽力参数数值,建立永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)正常与退磁故障模型。再将模型导入SIMPLOR-ER软件,与该软件中的电机驱动电路建立动态联合仿真,获得定子绕组相电流仿真信号。采用先进的Hilbert-Huang变换方法,求取电机相电流内禀模态分量(Intrinsic mode function,IMF)的瞬时频率。通过对比正常与退磁状态下相电流IMF分量的瞬时频率,可实现对永磁同步电机退磁故障进行有效诊断。研究结果表明,采用Hilbert-Huang变换方法,可有效诊断电机退磁故障,解决了永磁同步电机退磁故障难以有效诊断的难题,具有较好的推广应用价值。
The fault diagnosis of demagnetization of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) has been one of the main issues of concern in motor industry.In this paper,ANSOFT MAXWELL2D is used to design the demagnetization fault PMSM model by setting different permanent magnet coefficient values.Importing the SIMPLORER model to create a dynamic co-simulation with drive circuit,the simulation signal of stator winding current is obtained.Advanced Hilbert-Huang Transform is used to obtain instantaneous frequency of intrinsic mode function of phase current.By comparing the instantaneous frequency from normal and demagnetized motor,we could analyze the demagnetization fault.The results show that the Hilbert-Huang transform method can diagnose motor demagnetization effectively,which provides a effective way for demagnetization fault diagnosis and shows good application value.
