摘要
对长裙竹荪的乙醇提取物和水提取物的抑菌作用进行研究与比较。采用滤纸片扩散法进行抑菌试验,以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、啤酒酵母、黑曲霉作为供试菌种,对长裙竹荪乙醇提取物和水提取物的抑菌作用进行比较研究。结果表明:长裙竹荪水提物对各供试菌均未显现出明显抑制作用;乙醇提取物对细菌有很明显的抑菌作用,但对酵母和霉菌的抑制作用不明显。不同浸提溶剂的选择对长裙竹荪提取物的抑菌作用影响十分显著,乙醇提取物与水提取物所含的有效活性成分不同,有待于进一步分析研究。
This paper studied on the comparison of the antimicrobial activity of ethanol and water extracts of Dictyophora indusia fisscher. Five microbial strains including Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillussubtilis, Saccharomycescerevisiae, Aspergillus niger were chosen to investigate the antimicrobial activity of the two extracts by the method of stiletto. The water extract has weak antimicrobial activity on all the tested strains. Strong antimicrobial activity was observed in the ethanol extract on bacteria, but weak on microzyme and mold. Active components and antimicrobial activity are relative to the extract solvent. Details on the different components between the ethanol extract and the water extract will be discussed in the further research.
