摘要
为了研究黄花补血草花部挥发油的化学成分,采用超临界CO2萃取技术从黄花补血草花部中提取挥发油,并用GC-MS法采用最佳分析条件对化学成分进行鉴定,用峰面积归一法测定各化合物在挥发油中的相对百分含量;通过研究,鉴定出59种化合物,其峰面积相对含量约占挥发油总量的的81.13%。黄花补血草花部挥发油的主要组分为邻苯二甲酸异丁基辛酯(12.47%),十七烷(1.37%),7-十五炔(1.40%),二十三烷(8.21%),2,6,10,14-四甲基十六烷(3.16%),二十七烷(8.21%),1-碘十六烷(1.40%),二十九烷(13.77%),菜油甾醇(13.28%),22,23-二氢豆甾醇(3.87%),羽扇豆醇(1.43%)等。
To study the chemical consititue of essential oil from Limonium aureum(L.)Hill., the essential oil was extracted from Limonium aureum (L.)Hill. by Supercritical CO2 and the chemical consitituents were analyzed with the opimum separating and analyzing conditions by GC-MS, then the percentage content of composition of essential were determined by peak area normalization method. Futhererly, 70 compounds were separated and identified which accounted for 81.13 % of the total essential oil. The main constituents of the oil were Phthalic acid isobutyl octyl ester (12.47 %), Heptadecane (1.37 %), 7-Pentadecyne (1.40 %), Tricosane (8.21 %), 2,6, 10,14-tetramethyl-Hexedecane (3.16 %), Heptacosane (8.21 %), 1-iodo-Hexadecane (1.40 %), Nonacosane (13.77 %), Campesterol (13.28 %), 22,23-dihydro-Stigmasterol (3.87 %), Lupeol (1.43 %).
