摘要
建立毛细管柱气相色谱和自动顶空进样系统联用测定食品包装中残留乙苯和苯乙烯单体的检测方法。对加热温度、平衡时间和加压压力等顶空条件以及气相色谱条件进行了优化。在优化的条件下乙苯和苯乙烯的检出限分别为1mg/kg和2mg/kg,线性相关系数均大于0.99;平均加标回收率分别为93.1%和93.5%,标准偏差为2.35%和1.23%。
A method has been developed for simultaneous determination of ethylbenzene and styrene in food-package by headspace-gas chromatography. The experimental conditions of headspace and GC were optimized. The detection limits of ethylbenzene and styrene were 1 mg/kg and 2 mg/kg, respectively; the recovery for ethylbenzene and styrene were 93.1 % and 93.5 %, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 2.35 % and 1.23 %. The modified method is rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible and is suitable for monitoring trace ethylbenzene and styrene in food-package.
