α_s-酪蛋白酶法水解制备阿片肽的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以αs-酪蛋白为原料,采用酶解法提取具有高纯度和高活性的阿片肽,采用正交试验优化提取工艺,确定最佳酶水解操作参数。试验表明:αs-酪蛋白在复合蛋白酶作用下,有较高水解度,其水解的最佳条件为:温度50℃,pH8.0,底物浓度3%,反应时间3h,酶用量2%。 αs-casein as the raw material, using enzymatic extract high purity and high activity opioid peptides, using orthogonal optimization of extraction process, to determine the optimum operating parameters of enzymatic hydrolysis. Results show that: n under the action of composite protease, there is a high degree of hydrolysis to αs-casein protei, the optimum conditions for hydrolysis: temperature is 50 ℃, pH is 8.0, substrate concentration is 3 %, the reaction time is 3 h, enzyme dosage is 2 %.
