两株乳酸菌对小鼠血清和肝组织抗氧化性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 探讨乳酸菌对D-半乳糖致衰小鼠抗氧化系统的影响。选用雄性昆明小鼠,在注射D-半乳糖的同时,灌胃植物乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌完整细胞提取物,无细胞提取物、灭活菌体及代谢产物。6周后测定小鼠血清及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)的活性。与衰老模型对照组相比,正常组及灌胃乳酸菌的小鼠抗氧化活性都有显著性提高。 Study the antioxidant effect of the Lactobacillus extracts on D-galactose induced aging mice model. This paper has chosen Kunming mice as the object. While the mice were injected with D-galactose, they were also treated with different Lactobacillus extracts respectively through oral gavage. Moreover, after 6 weeks,the animal experiment indicated that compared with the control, the antioxidant functions of serum and liver in normal and Lactobacillus extract mice are significantly improved through enhancing SOD,GSH-Px,CAT and T-AOC activitiesand and reducing MDA contents in mouse serum and liver tissue.
