摘要
改革开放以来,中国农村金融体制几经变迁,走过了一条很不平凡的发展之路。它在农业的生产发展、农村的经济体制改革和乡镇企业的发展中起到了不容忽视的作用。然而,近年来由于受到外部环境的制约、金融体制内部矛盾的束缚以及各金融机构本身缺陷的约束,农村金融体制开始暴露出种种弊病。
Since the reform and opening up, the rural financial system in China has changed a lot. It has played an important role in the development of agriculture and rural economic reform and the development of township enterprises. However, the system has exposed a lot of drawbacks due to the external environmental constraints, the shackles of internal contradictions and the defect itself.
