心外膜旁道的射频消融 被引量:1

摘要 少数旁道在心外膜下穿过房室瓣环,故称为心外膜旁道。其可以分布在房室瓣环的任何部位,但以后间隔心外膜旁道最为多见。此外,还有非后间隔部位的左侧心外膜旁道,心耳和心室之间的心外膜旁道,以及前间隔心外膜旁道。它们各自有独特的解剖学上的组成以及电生理性质和消融途径。
