摘要
UG是当今广泛使用的CAD／CAM软件，其中CAM功能强大。UG不仅能完成外形、挖槽及钻孔加工，同时还具有丰富的曲面粗、精加工功能及五轴加工功能。本文以一叶片轴为例，介绍了UG软件相关模块在5轴加工中的应用，研究解决了一些数控加工编程技巧问题。
UG is the most widely used CAD/CAM software package now, CAM function is formidable. UG not only can complete the contour, pocketing and the drill hole processing. UG also has abundant curved surface rough machining and finish machining function at the same time, processes more complicated part. In this paper, an example of a blade shaft is given.The application of the UG software related modules in 5-axis machining is introduced. Some problem about the numericad control processing programming kill are studied.
