测试转杯纱捻度的退捻加捻法分析

Analyses of Detwist twisting Method on Testing OE yarn Twist

通过对转杯纱结构和测试转杯纱捻度的几种退捻加捻法测试原理的分析，得出了一次退捻加捻法、二重法和三倍退捻加捻法测试棉转杯纱捻度测试结果之间大小的一般规律。其中三倍退捻加捻法捻度的测试结果最大，其次是二重法和一次退捻加捻法，特别是对号数较大设计捻度较小的转杯纱，一次退捻加捻法可能大于二重法的测试结果。

Having analysed the OE yarn structure and the twist testing principle of some detwist twisting methods,the author presents universal more or little law among the result datas of one time,two time and three time detwist twisting methods,the datas from three time method is bigger than the others,and the datas from two time method is bigger than the datas from one time method except the cases that the OE yarn is thick or the design twist of OE yarn is bigger.
