关于高职高专工科学生顶岗实习的思考

Thinking of Post Practice of Higher Vocational College Students

根据笔者带队到企业参与顶岗实习的经历,分析了顶岗实习对高职高专院校工科类学生培养的重要性,总结了顶岗实习过程中的收获与遇到的问题,提出了提高顶岗实习效果的一些思考,并通过实践指出顶岗实习对高职高专工科学生职业技术能力培养必不可少。

Based on the experience of post practice, the importance of post practice for students training in higher vocational engineering college was analyzed, the gains and problems were summarized and some suggestions on improving post practice effects were brought forward. The practice shows that post practice is indispensible for developing students＇ STRACT skill abilities in higher vocational engineering colleges.
