房控新政在欠发达地区新兴城市实施效应调查

Survey on Real State New Policy Effect in New Emerging City of Less Developed Region

2010年以来,为遏制房价过快上涨、抑制投资投机性购房需求,国家出台了一系列房地产调控政策措施。本文以广西贺州、崇左、来宾等三个2002年新设立的地级市为实证,对欠发达地区新兴城市的房控新政实施情况、实施效果、政策效应不明显的原因、不利影响等进行了全面深入的调查分析,并提出针对性建议。

On the basis of Hezhou,Chongzuo,Laibin which are established in 2002 in Guangxi,this article,firstly analyzed the new policy implementation and effects in new emerging city of less developed region,then pointed out the reasons and side effects of the unobvious results,finally made some suggestions for the new policy.
